At Glen Cove Swim Club, Inc., membership dues directly support the operation, staffing, maintenance, insurance, and long-term sustainability of the Club. As a nonprofit, community-supported swim club, we rely on annual membership commitments to budget and prepare for each season.

Membership Dues Are Non-Refundable

All membership dues, fees, and associated payments made to Glen Cove Swim Club are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of:

• Frequency of pool usage
• Schedule changes or personal circumstances
• Relocation
• Vacation or travel plans
• Medical situations
• Weather conditions
• Dissatisfaction with programming, amenities, or operations
• Voluntary resignation or termination of membership

By purchasing or renewing a membership, members acknowledge and agree that no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued once payment has been submitted.

Membership Dues Are Not Prorated

Glen Cove Swim Club does not prorate membership dues for partial-season use, late registration, mid-season joining, early departure, suspension, or resignation.

Membership pricing is based on access to the full operating season and the Club’s annual operating costs, not on individual attendance or usage levels.

Agreement to Policies

These policies are acknowledged and agreed to by all members during the membership application and renewal process. Completion of membership registration and payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and all other applicable Club rules, policies, waivers, and by-laws.
